Upon Account closure, you forfeit all rights to any bonus funds and pending bonus winnings.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall jill55's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to jill55 in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jill55, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you submit, post, or transmit through Services.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of jill55 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with jill55, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our internal complaints procedure.

9.3 Formal Arbitration

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit against jill55.
